Emily Rahhal

Emily Rahhal is a skilled digital reporter currently working at PIX11 since February 2024. Prior to this role, Emily served as the New York City Field Editor and Social Media Manager at Patch.com from August 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included content creation, training staff on social media best practices, and monitoring analytics. Emily also held the California Field Editor position at Patch.com, writing breaking news and features in various Los Angeles areas. Educationally, Emily contributed significantly as Editor in Chief and Multimedia Manager at The Colgate Maroon-News between September 2019 and May 2021, overseeing a large staff, managing budgets, and enhancing social media presence. Additional experiences include leadership roles in the Experimental Theater Company, a journalism internship with The Borgen Project, and various editorial positions, all reflecting a strong foundation in journalism and multimedia communication. Emily graduated from Colgate University in 2021.
