Daniel Rico

Daniel Rico is an experienced professional in the fields of photogrammetry, remote sensing, and land surveying. Currently serving as a Product Manager and Product Owner at Pix4D since July 2018, Daniel is responsible for defining and implementing the roadmap for Cloud products, maintaining constant communication with customers and stakeholders to gather product improvement requests. Previously, Daniel held the role of Technical Support Engineer at Pix4D, providing direct technical support across various channels. Prior experience includes serving as a Sales and Support Engineer at GeoToolBox Ibérica S.L., where responsibilities included sales, training, and support in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, as well as research work at TU Delft focusing on augmented reality. Daniel began a career in land surveying, working for companies such as INECO-TIFSA, Azertia, and GEO5 on significant projects, including high-speed train surveying and GIS system development. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Geodesy and a Technical Engineering degree in Surveying from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
