Kieran Bowker

Kieran Bowker is currently the Director of Customer Success and Delivery at Pixaera, a position held since September 2023, where responsibilities include implementing customer strategy and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Prior to this role, Kieran served at SafetyCulture from April 2018 to September 2023, initially as a Senior Customer Success Manager leading a team in the EMEA region and previously overseeing the Customer Success Onboarding function. Kieran's earlier experience includes roles as Customer Onboarding Manager and Senior Support Analyst at SafetyCulture, and 2nd Line IT Support Technician at Netteam tX Ltd, along with several positions at Apple from August 2011 to September 2015, including Genius and Service Specialist. Kieran holds a degree in New Media, Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from the University of Leeds and A Levels in Media, English, and Psychology from Bury College.
