Daniel D'Avella

Daniel D'Avella is a Principal Engineer at Pixee, where he develops instrumentation for Python web applications to detect vulnerabilities and protect live applications from attacks. With a background in software engineering and testing for various companies including Contrast Security, Space Telescope Science Institute, SYSTOLIC, Inc., and the United States Department of Defense, Daniel has experience in developing, maintaining, and contributing to open-source applications and libraries. He holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Maryland.
