Teresa Troyano

Teresa Troyano, MA has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Teresa began their career as a Public Relations/Marketing Assistant Manager at Carl's Fencing & Decking, where they managed trade shows, company parties, and media relations. Teresa then worked as a Marketing Coordinator at i3 an Ingenix Company, where they were responsible for project and budget management, as well as coordinating trade show activities.

Troyano later joined Ingenix as a Marketing Specialist, planning and managing turnkey events and projects. Teresa further expanded their marketing skills at Optum as an Events Manager, planning and executing numerous domestic and international events, and collaborated on strategic campaigns.

At Hybrid Healthcare Communications, Troyano served as a Senior Account Executive, developing a national exhibit program and creating content for various marketing materials. Teresa then joined AIG as a Marketing Account Manager, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for disability, accident, student health, and life products and services.

Troyano continued their career at Covance, first as a Strategic Marketing Communications Project Manager, then as a Senior Demand Marketing Manager. In these roles, they managed demand generation campaigns and collaborated with cross-functional teams.

Most recently, Troyano worked at Medidata Solutions as a Demand Marketing Director, overseeing North America Midmarket and driving demand generation initiatives. Currently, they serve as the Marketing Director at Pixel Health. Their extensive experience showcases their expertise in marketing strategy, event management, project coordination, and demand generation.

Teresa Troyano, MA, graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2003. Teresa then went on to pursue a Master of Arts degree in Corporate & Public Communication at Monmouth University from 2005 to 2008.
