Neil Pschirer

Neil Pschirer has a diverse work experience in the technology and chemical industries. Neil is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Development & Strategy at Pixelligent Technologies since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Optitune as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) from February 2022 to December 2022 and as the Senior Vice President Sales Marketing, Executive Board Member from January 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Optitune, Neil spent a significant part of their career at BASF, where they held various roles. These include Head of LCD Photoalignment Materials Business from August 2018 to August 2019, Startup Manager Display Resins from April 2012 to July 2018, Senior Manager New Business Development Electronic Specialties from March 2011 to March 2012, and Lab team leader - Performance Chemicals from June 2004 to March 2011. In their roles at BASF, Neil demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing teams, achieving significant deals, and collaborating with key customers to drive business growth and improve margins.

Neil Pschirer completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the College of Charleston from 1992 to 1997. Neil then pursued a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry at the University of South Carolina from 1997 to 2001. Following that, they worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Max Planck Society from 2002 to 2004, specializing in Organic Solar Cells and NIR Rylene Dyes. In addition to their academic achievements, Neil obtained certifications in "CORPORATE GOVERNANCE: MAXIMIZE YOUR EFFECTIVENESS IN THE BOARDROOM" from Wharton Executive Education in December 2022 and "Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA)" from Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) in January 2020.
