Gabriel Esteves

Gabriel Esteves has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a People Operations Generalist at Pixelmatters since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Acail Gás, S.A. for seven years as a Generalista em RH from October 2014 to August 2021. Gabriel also gained experience as a Psicólogo Organizacional during a curricular internship at Centro Hospitalar Cova da Beira from October 2010 to June 2011, where they implemented a personalized evaluation model and revamped the new employee onboarding manual. Additionally, Gabriel worked as a Psicólogo convidado para processos de Recrutamento e Selecção at AIESEC, participating in various selection processes, including group dynamics, panel interviews, and final candidate evaluations.

Gabriel Esteves obtained a Licenciatura (Bachelor's degree) in Psychology from Universidade da Beira Interior, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Gabriel then pursued further education and completed a Mestrado (Master's degree) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology, at the same university from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Gabriel obtained a certification in the Google Developer Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in December 2017.
