Richerland Medeiros

Richerland Medeiros has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Richerland started their career at J.Bueno e Mandaliti Sociedade de Advogados in 2007, where they worked as a Coordinator of Technology and later became the IT Manager. In 2013, they joined Finch Soluções as the Chief Technology Officer and later took on the role of Manager of Research, Innovations, and Infrastructure. In 2017, they joined Softplan Planejamento e Sistemas as the Chief Data Scientist. Currently, they are working at Pixeon as the Chief Product & Technology Officer, responsible for the data strategy, data governance, data quality, and analytics. Throughout their career, Richerland has demonstrated expertise in research, innovation, digital transformation, and technology management.

Richerland Medeiros obtained a Master's degree in Media and Technology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho, where they specialized in Machine Learning, Statistical Algorithms, Emotions, Perception, and Cognition. Prior to that, they completed a Technology degree in Database Technology from FATEC, with a focus on Pattern Detection, Database Management, and Unstructured Data.
