Jeff Rambharack

Jeff Rambharack has an extensive work experience spanning several companies. Jeff is currently the VP of Product at Pixieset, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BrainStation from 2016 to 2019, where they were a Program Advisory Committee member and also served as a Lead Educator for Product Management courses.

From 2018 to 2021, Jeff worked at Clio - Legal Practice Management Software, where they held the position of Director of Product Management. In this role, they led the core product portfolio and managed a team of product managers. Jeff also played a key role in driving the build/buy/partner strategy for Clio Payments, a revenue growth driver for the company.

Before joining Clio, Jeff worked at Amazon as a Senior Technical Product Manager for the AWS Commerce Platform, focusing on billing and payments. Jeff collaborated with various teams to ensure a secure and scalable cloud computing experience.

From 2015 to 2017, Jeff worked at Pulse Energy, where they held the roles of Product Manager and Data Science Manager. Jeff was responsible for delivering customer engagement software and analytics to utilities in the energy industry. Jeff also managed the Data Science team, leading the development of energy and customer analytics capabilities.

Jeff's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Product Manager at EDP Software, where they managed the development of a scheduling solution called SchedulePro. Jeff also worked as a Research Associate at Simon Fraser University, focusing on energy-economy modeling and policy analysis.

Prior to that, Jeff held the position of Senior Product Manager at Minasu Information Systems, where they led the development of the first SaaS version of the association management suite AMSoft. Jeff also worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft, where they contributed to the design and optimization of graphics effects and picture styles in Office 2007.

Jeff's career started with a co-op position as a Project Manager at Research In Motion (now BlackBerry) in 2003.

Jeff Rambharack received a B.A.Sc. in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 1999 to 2004. Jeff then pursued an M.Sc. in Sustainable Energy Development at the University of Calgary from 2009 to 2010. Their education continued at Simon Fraser University from 2011 to 2014, where they focused on Resource & Environmental Management. In addition, they obtained certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional®-ScrumMaster and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance, as well as Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level 1 from Pragmatic Marketing.
