Ayushree Chatterjee

Ayushree Chatterjee is a Global Talent Partner at Pixis, a US-based codeless AI company focused on enhancing marketing efficiency through AI-driven automation. Concurrently, Ayushree is a member of 10xTA and The Shape of Work. Previously, Ayushree worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Hevo Data, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at GoodWorker, where strategic hiring initiatives were implemented to support business growth. Additional experience includes roles as a Talent Scout at InvokHR Solutions and various Human Resources internships, with a background in content writing. Ayushree holds an MSc in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mount Carmel College and a BA in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University.
