Riya Mehta

Riya Mehta has been working in the legal field since 2015. Riya began their career as an intern at Dr. Naipal Singh's Tis Hazari District Court and Adv Richa Kapoor's Delhi High Court. In 2016, they interned at Scriboard Advocates & Legal Consultants and Adv Neeraj Sharma's Supreme Court. Riya then interned at Associated Law Advisers in 2017 and 2018. In 2018, they interned at Vaish Associates, Advocates. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Tres Ventures, starting as a Legal Associate and later becoming an Intern. In 2021, they joined Lexygen as an Associate, where they have been part of numerous venture capital transactions, assisting in due diligence process and drafting of transaction documents. Riya has also worked on corporate advisory matters and commercial contract negotiation, and been engaged in assisting clients with the drafting of multiple commercial agreements. Currently, Riya Mehta is an Assistant Manager - Legal at Pixis.

Riya Mehta completed their Bachelor of Laws - BBA LLB in Corporate laws from UPES in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Delhi Public School Indirapuram.
