Kessia Pinheiro

Kessia Pinheiro has been working in the IT industry since 2005. Kessia began their career as a Trainee at Instituto Recôncavo de Tecnologia, where they were responsible for network infrastructure and servers. Kessia then moved on to Federal University of Bahia as a Trainee, where they assisted in the deployment, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux services. In 2009, they began working at Lognet Telecom as a System Administrator, where they implemented, maintained and troubleshooted solutions to manage and automate private and public cloud, user entitlement, provisioning, billing, and customer support using Ensim. Later that year, they began working at Universidade Salvador as a Network and Server Administrator, where they were responsible for various of Linux services since implementation until their maintenance. In 2011, Kessia moved on to Panificadora K&M LTDA as an Assistant Production Manager. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at TVO as a Web Infrastructure Architect, where they implemented DevOps culture and methods using multiple tools. Currently, Kessia is a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Pixlee TurnTo.

Kessia Pinheiro obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Bahia from 2005 to 2010. Kessia then obtained a Diploma in Information Technology Security from Universidade Católica de Brasília from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, in September 2013, they obtained a VMware Certified Associate Data Center Virtualization certification from VMware.
