Adrien Kovanic has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Adrien started their career as an International Project Manager at Apple, where they implemented a CRM program in Central European countries. Adrien then worked as an IT Support specialist at CenterStone Technologies, Inc. In 2012, Adrien became the Project Manager and Web & Community Manager for the Peugeot Brand at Automobiles Peugeot, where they managed the creation of a social network and a brand page. Additionally, in 2012, they co-founded an online booking platform for massage treatments called Massageprivé.com, where they managed a team of designers and developers.

From 2012 to 2013, Adrien worked at Groupe Renault - Altran, first as a Junior Consultant and later as a Consultant and Trainer. In these roles, they trained teams on Adobe Marketing Cloud and coordinated the deployment of the Renault New brand identity.

From 2016 to 2018, Adrien worked as a Consultant - Atlassian Expert at Netapsys - Sodifrance, where they managed projects, implemented JIRA and Confluence, and trained clients on these platforms.

In 2018, Adrien joined UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) as a Manager Customer Success, leading a team of Customer Success Managers and making data-driven decisions to scale and restructure the team. Adrien also created procedures and policies to standardize processes as the company scaled.

Most recently, Adrien worked at Regate as the Head of Operations, responsible for managing operations and leading the team. Currently, they hold the position of VP Operations at Pixpay.

Adrien Kovanic obtained a Baccalauréat degree in Bac S from Ecole alsacienne in 2007. Following that, they attended ESCE International Business School from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Master 2 degree in International Business / International Management.

In terms of certifications, Adrien obtained several additional certifications. In December 2017, they received the Prince2 Foundation and Prince2 Practitioner certifications from APMG International. Adrien also completed the Leadership for Engineers course from Delft University of Technology through edX in September 2017. Additionally, they obtained the Atlassian Certified Professional Confluence Administrator (ACP-CA) certification in October 2017 and the Atlassian Certified JIRA Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD) certification in July 2017. Most recently, in August 2021, they obtained the Customer Service Leadership and La finance pour les managers certifications from LinkedIn.
