Head of International Marketing at Pixpay

Barbara Drault has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Barbara joined Pixpay in 2019 and is currently serving as the Head of International Marketing. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Marketing Partnerships at Pixpay from 2019 to 2022.

Before joining Pixpay, Barbara worked at Kapten (ex-Chauffeur Privé) from 2015 to 2019. During their time there, they held the roles of Head of Partnerships and Partnerships Manager. As the Head of Partnerships, Barbara played a key role in driving growth, loyalty, and brand love through strategic partnerships. Barbara led a team of four and managed an annual budget of over 1M€. Barbara'sresponsibilities included managing product, media, and brand partnerships with companies such as Google Maps, Veepee, Nestlé, Galeries Lafayette, and Burger King. Partnerships ended up accounting for 30% of the company's total growth while controlling acquisition costs.

Barbara's earlier work experience includes a strategic marketing internship at Puig in 2014, where they conducted studies and analyzed competitor strategies. Barbara also worked as a Junior Account Executive at BETC in 2013, an Assistant of the Marketing and Advertising Director at Eurochannel in 2012, a Junior Consultant at Grupo Leche Pascual in 2012, and an Intern in the PR and Partnerships Department at Le Parisien in 2011.

Barbara Drault obtained their Bachelor's degree, the Baccalauréat Scientifique mention européenne (Anglais), from Lycée Alexandre Dumas in 2008. Barbara then pursued their education at Lycée Janson-de-Sailly from 2008 to 2010, where they completed Classes Préparatoires ECS. In 2010, Barbara joined ESCP Business School, where they earned their Master's degree in Management Grande Ecole in 2014. During their time at ESCP Business School, they also participated in an exchange program at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, specializing in Marketing and Strategy. In 2011, they furthered their studies by obtaining a Master's degree in Dirección de Empresas from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Additionally, Barbara holds a certification in Cambridge English First (FCE), which they obtained from Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2006.
