Effy John

Effy John is a Systems Engineer at Pixxel, specializing in multidisciplinary engineering problem solving and systems design since July 2022. Previously, Effy has served as the Flight Model Vibrodynamic Testing Lead for the Firefly Program, overseeing critical testing processes for satellite integrity and performance. Experience includes managing launch contracts and compliance as a Launch Management Engineer and working as a Propulsion Engineer, contributing to the selection and integration of propulsion systems for satellites. Effy's earlier roles at Pixxel involved calculations for orbital parameters and propulsion system feasibility studies. Effy has also held positions in mechanical engineering design and full-stack development, and the educational background includes a B.E.(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc (Hons.) in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with ongoing studies in Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
