Natasha Isom

Natasha Isom serves as the Global Product Training Manager at Pizza Hut, a position held since April 2019, after previously working as an Instructional Designer at PrimeLending from January 2012 to February 2019. At PrimeLending, Natasha established instructional design standards utilizing adult learning theories, created an eLearning strategy, managed a cloud-based Learning Management System for 3,100 employees, and developed over 35 eLearning courses annually. Additionally, Natasha negotiated significant contract savings and collaborated effectively with various stakeholders. Earlier, Natasha worked as a Project and Program Manager at North Lake College, contributing to initiatives for the Skills Development Fund for the Texas Workforce Commission. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oklahoma City University.
