Terikha Nagin

Terikha Nagin is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Lead for Turkey Africa Germany and Europe at Pizza Hut since July 2014, Terikha's responsibilities include talent management, employee relations, training and development, and HR strategy. Previous roles include Human Resource Manager at Builders Warehouse, HR Business Partner at Altech Autopage, and Regional Personnel Manager at Shoprite Holdings, each focused on various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and industrial relations. Terikha holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, complemented by a Management Essentials course from Harvard Business School Online.
