Courtney’s career in human resources began at Archon Hospitality as a Team Leader and included roles at Eastwood Homes as Corporate Human Resources Manager, overseeing operations for a homebuilder, and early experience as a Sales Coordinator at Waterford Hotel Group. Courtney earned a BA in Psychology from Western New England University.
