Steve Lawrence

Steve Lawrence is an experienced manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Manager at Pizza Luce since May 2019, Steve has previously held significant roles, including Operations General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings from November 2009 to 2015 and General Manager at Fuddruckers from October 2008 to November 2009. Steve’s responsibilities have encompassed all aspects of daily business operations, including cost management, inventory control, and staff training. Additionally, Steve worked as Manager/Bartender at The Toasted Frog from August 2002 to August 2004, where leadership of the serving and bar staff was a key responsibility. Education was completed at the University of North Dakota.
