Fabio Bonaccio is an experienced culinary professional specializing in Pizza Napoletana, with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles within the pizza industry. Currently serving as Head Chef at Pizza Pilgrims since December 2015, Fabio has progressed from the position of Pizza Chef at the same establishment. Prior to this, Fabio held the role of Sous Chef and Pizza Chef at Made in Italy Group Ltd and Circolo dell'Amicizia Colorno, showcasing a strong background in pizza preparation and kitchen management. Fabio began the culinary journey as Chef at Pizzeria Il Pomodoro after completing education at Ipssar Teano in 2011.
