Jason Sheardown

Jason Sheardown is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in product innovation and kitchen management. Currently serving as the Director of Culinary & Product Innovation for Pizza Pizza Limited, Pizza 73, and PZA Pizzeria since January 2023, Jason focuses on designing unique menu creations and coordinating production testing in a QSR environment. Prior to this role, Jason held various leadership positions at Hotel X Toronto, including Banquet Chef and Executive Sous Chef, where responsibilities ranged from kitchen operations to staff training and menu development. Additional experience includes working as Head Chef at Farm'r Prepared Meals, a Recipe Developer for IKEA, and providing consulting services for multiple culinary establishments. Jason holds an Ontario College Diploma in Culinary Management from George Brown College.
