Scott Hoeke is an experienced sales specialist at Pizza Wholesale of Lexington, Inc. and co-owner of Cocktails & Corks. In public service, Scott has served as Council President for the City of Milbank since 1996 and held the position of Past President for the Grant County Economic Development Council. Scott is also an official as Head Linesman for NSIC football since 1998. Previous leadership roles include Past President of TD&C Inc. at S&D One Stops and ownership of a Subway franchise from 1996 to 2012. Academically, Scott holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Northern State University and has pursued studies in Communication and Journalism at South Dakota State University.
