Ariyana H.

Ariyana (Areen) H. is a dynamic professional with diverse experience in leadership and internship roles. As the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Generation Union and the Founder and Executive Director of Normalizing the Conversation, Ariyana has demonstrated a strong commitment to social causes. Current responsibilities include working at &pizza in the Back of House since April 2023. Previous internships include a position as a Finance Intern with Bank of America and advocacy work at Active Minds, Inc. Ariyana also has experience in sales and marketing from time at Silver Diner and customer service at Chick-fil-A Restaurants. Currently pursuing education at Herndon High School, with an expected graduation in June 2025.
