Dan Williams

Dan Williams has worked in various roles within the field of business intelligence. Dan began their career as a PMO Placement Student at Allianz Insurance in 2009 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they joined CSL - The data experts as a Business Intelligence Developer and stayed until 2015. Following that, they worked at Altius: Understand | Model | Predict as a Business Intelligence Consultant from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Dan is working at PizzaExpress, starting as a Business Intelligence Manager in 2018 and currently holding the position of Head of Business Intelligence.

Dan Williams obtained a Bachelor's degree in BSc Hons Computing from the University of Plymouth, graduating in 2011. Dan has also obtained several certifications including the ITIL Capability Certificate in Operational Support and Analysis in 2016, the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in 2015, the BCS Foundation Certificate in Agile in 2014, and the Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in 2012.
