Pizzeria Locale
Pizzeria Locale serves pizza inspired by the streets of Naples, Italy in the neighborhoods of Denver, CO. This ‘Neighborhood Neapolitan’ style was created as a result of founders Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson and Bobby Stuckey’s culinary travels throughout Italy and years of fine dining experience. The original full-service Pizzeria Locale opened in January 2011 and is adjacent to it’s sister restaurant Frasca Food and Wine on Pearl St. Before opening that first location Stuckey and Patterson sent long time Frasca Sous Chef, Jordan Wallace, to Naples, Italy for six months to learn the art of Neapolitan pizza making. Under the direction of Patterson, Stuckey and Wallace, Pizzeria Locale has opened two additional quick-serve locations in Denver which serve the highest quality ingredients in a contemporary and interactive atmosphere.
