Joana Domingos currently serves as the Responsabile impianto di Depurazione e Valorizzazione Biomasse at Pizzoli S.p.A. since October 2021, following a role as a Lab Analyst at Philip Morris International. Joana's academic background includes a PhD in Industrial Biotechnology from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, complemented by a Master's in Biotechnology from Faculdade de Ciências e Tecnologia da Universidade NOVA de Lisboa and a Bachelor's in Química Aplicada from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
