Simone Zucchetti

Simone Zucchetti is currently working as the R&D and QA Manager at Pizzoli S.p.A. Responsibilities include coordinating graduate colleagues for Frozen products and managing projects related to new products. Previously, Simone worked as an R&D manager at Gesco consorzio cooperativo sca, overseeing activities of graduate researchers and developing innovation plans. Before that, Simone was a project leader at Pietro Negroni srl and a Export Technology Supervisor at Kraft Jacobs Suchard spa. Simone has a background in research on dairy chemical and analytical characteristics from the Agricultural Ministry and holds a degree in scienze delle preparazioni alimentari from Università degli Studi di Milano.
