Johnny Duggan is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Real Estate Manager at Casey's, focusing on identifying gas-user sites in growth markets across Nebraska, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Previously, Johnny has held various roles including Commercial and Residential Sales Agent at PJ Morgan Real Estate, where the emphasis was on assisting investors, and Real Estate & Business Acquisition Specialist at City+Ventures, leading strategic efforts for site selection in the expansion of Rocket Carwash. Additional experience includes functioning as a Research Analyst at Kinetic Valuation Group, specializing in commercial real estate appraisals, and a Real Estate Consultant at Blackboard Design | Build, focused on historical property preservation. Early work experience includes an internship as a Property Analyst at Sage Capital Real Estate Investments. Johnny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Limerick.
