James Warbey

James Warbey is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in transport planning and project management. Currently serving as an Associate at PJA since December 2019, James has advanced through several roles including Principal Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. Prior to PJA, James worked at Royal HaskoningDHV from January 2015 to November 2019, initially as a Graduate Transport Planner and later as a Transport Planner. James also gained valuable project management experience with Cameroon Catalyst, overseeing sustainable development initiatives, and completed a structural engineering placement at Clancy Consulting. Educationally, James holds a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Southampton, earned in 2016. Early work experiences include ethical compliance evaluations at Sainsbury's and preliminary design exposure at Astec Projects Ltd.
