Richard Brommell MIHE is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director at PJA since October 2018, Richard has previously held positions such as Associate Director and Associate Civil Engineer. Prior to PJA, Richard worked at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Principal Engineer from January 2014 to October 2018, and at Bracknell Forest Council in roles including Assistant Engineer for Major Projects in Transport Development. Richard began a career in engineering at Reading Borough Council as an Engineering Technician in Traffic Management and has extensive experience across several council and consultancy positions. Richard holds an HNC in Civil Engineering from Solent University, completed between 2004 and 2006.
