Lauren Pajer

Lauren Pajer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, advertising, design, and education. Lauren currently works as a Senior Art Director at PJA Marketing + Advertising since April 2023, where they previously held the position of Art Director starting from February 2020.

Prior to that, Lauren operated their own business, Lauren Pajer Design, as a Freelance Graphic Designer since 2014. Lauren has worked with clients such as Off Season Adventures, Vega Factor, Nika V. Sisterhood, Cambridge Dance Company, Shah Foundation, EBHS, and Miller Academy Coaching, among others.

Lauren also has experience in the performing arts industry, having worked at Boston Ballet from September 2014 to February 2020. Lauren began as a Design Associate and was later promoted to Digital Design Manager, overseeing the design, creation, and deployment of e-communications. Lauren also played a significant role in the conceptualization and production of various marketing campaigns.

Furthermore, Lauren has previous experience as a Teacher/Photographer at Golden Teaspoon Association (2011), a Receptionist at Colony Realty Partners (2010-2011), and as a Student Assistant Director for the Geneseo Dance Ensemble (2010).

Lauren Pajer completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication from SUNY Geneseo, specializing in Interpersonal Communication and Dance, during the period of 2006 to 2010. In 2008 to 2009, they also obtained a Design Certificate from Escuelo de Lorenzo de Medici, focusing on Graphic Design. Additionally, Lauren obtained a Certificate in Visual Design from General Assembly, specializing in Design and Visual Communications, although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
