Diane Antonelli

Diane Antonelli is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and contract administration. Currently serving as the Sr. Lead Compliance Analyst at PJM Interconnection since July 2014, Diane leads the implementation and management of the FERC compliance program. Previous roles at PECO Energy included Sr. Rate Administrator, where Diane was the regulatory lead for major rate cases and merger-related data requests, as well as responsibilities in consumer education and regulatory policy. Diane's earlier positions included contract administration at Exelon Business Services Company and PPL EnergyPlus, and a legal assistant role at White and Williams LLP. Diane holds a BA in History from Hartwick College and a Paralegal Certificate in International Trade Law from The Philadelphia Institute.
