Joe Zglinicki

Joe Zglinicki is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and systems analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Portfolio Consultant in Corporate Portfolio Management at PJM Interconnection since July 2023, Joe previously worked as a Project Analyst and Project Manager for Jobspring Partners, where coaching project managers and managing project plans was a key responsibility. Joe's extensive experience includes a role as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Medecision, managing healthcare system implementations, as well as technical positions at companies such as Eclipsys Corporation and bigchalk, where responsibilities ranged from application development to departmental management. Joe holds a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and a Certificate in Automotive Technology from the Automotive Training Center. Additional technical training includes web-based programs from Ford, GM, and Land Rover.
