Keith Berlin

Keith Berlin is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in IT service delivery and education. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Administrator at PJM Interconnection since January 2009, Keith leads the Service Catalog efforts to enhance IT agility through automated workflows and process efficiency. Previous roles include ITS Data Center Architect at UC Santa Cruz, where critical infrastructure was defined, and ITS Senior Facilities Engineer at UNC-Greensboro, managing maintenance schedules and auditing design documents. Additionally, Keith has experience as an ITS Network Analyst, focusing on network reliability metrics and monitoring. Earlier in their career, Keith taught mathematics and science at both Reidsville Middle School and Northeast Guilford High School. Keith holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University at Buffalo.
