William Emanuel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Optimal Management Solutions since June 2013, William specializes in optimizing clients' infrastructure for energy efficiency and compliance with regulations. As CEO & Project Manager at POC Training & Research Center, William leads the development of sustainable outreach programs. With a long history at PJM Interconnection Office as a Power Systems Planning Engineer and at Tennessee Valley Authority as a Construction Engineer, William has deep expertise in power system analysis and construction quality assurance. In academia, William has held adjunct professor roles at several universities, focusing on electrical engineering and sustainability. William holds a Doctor of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Morgan State University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Howard University.
