Mark Nowicki has over 35 years of work experience in finance and compliance roles. Mark started their career as a Financial Analyst at Popular Club Plan, Inc. in 1984 and eventually became the Vice President of Finance. In 2003, they joined The Winebow Group as the Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2006. After a merger with The Vintner Group, they continued in their role as Vice President of Finance at The Winebow Group until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the CFO/VP of Finance at Domaine Select Wine & Spirits. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Compliance Officer at PJS Group since May 2020.

Mark Nowicki attended Rutgers University from 1978 to 1982, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Following this, they enrolled at Rutgers Business School from 1982 to 1984, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance.
