Alvin Zhang

Alvin Zhang is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Analyst focusing on Technology M&A at PJT Partners since July 2024. As a Co-Founder and Co-Head at The Catalyst Group, which emphasizes finance education, and as Co-Head of Education at Finance For All, Alvin is dedicated to supporting underrepresented high school students. Prior experience includes various roles at the UNC Portfolio Management Team as Sector Head for Materials and Portfolio Manager for Technology and Real Estate. Additionally, Alvin has held positions as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at PJT Partners and as an intern at multiple firms, including Pivot Capital LLC and Castle Placement. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with prior studies at The George Washington University School of Business.
