Amit Sharma

Amit Sharma is a Managing Director at PJT Partners since 2020, bringing expertise from previous entrepreneurial ventures as Co-Founder of a boutique strategic advisory focused on biotech firms from 2014 to 2020. During this period, Amit Sharma led successful initiatives such as the exit of AcquaProtein to THN Brazil and the establishment of Ventura's first packaging microbrewery, Surf Brewery. Prior to these roles, Amit Sharma held various leadership positions in Sales, Marketing, Corporate Development, and Corporate Strategy at Amgen from 2009 to 2014 and worked in Healthcare Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan from 2006 to 2009. Amit Sharma earned a BA in Biology with a specialization in genetics from the University of Chicago.
