Douglas has held titles such as Partner, Director, and Associate in various prestigious companies including PJT Partners, Lazard Freres & Co., BerchWood Partners, Banc of America Securities, and Morgan Stanley. Douglas holds an MBA in Finance and Investment Banking from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, and a BSc in Finance from the University at Buffalo School of Management.
