Prashir Shivdasani

Prashir Shivdasani has a diverse and extensive work experience. Prashir started their career as an Accounting Intern at Silverman Linden LLP in 2004. From 2006 to 2013, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate, gaining experience in the banking and capital markets sector. In 2013, they joined ING Financial Services Private Limited as a Manager, overseeing legal entity controllers and financial and regulatory reporting. In 2017, they moved to Allianz Global Investors as a Vice President, responsible for accounting and financial management. In 2021, Prashir joined Blue Owl Capital as a Principal in the Controllers Group. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President Controller - Finance at PJT Partners, joining in 2023. With their expertise in finance and accounting, Prashir has contributed to various prominent companies in the financial sector.

Prashir Shivdasani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategy, Finance, Leadership, and Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business. They also have a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Economics from Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, Prashir Shivdasani has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the New York State Education Department and as a Financial Operations Principal (FinOp - Series 27) from FINRA.
