Ravi Mehta

Ravi Mehta is an experienced financial professional with a diverse background in private equity, investment banking, and real estate investment. Currently serving as a Director at PJT Partners since 2020, Ravi specializes in Financial Sponsor Advisory focusing on GP-led Capital Solutions. Concurrently, since 2017, Ravi has been a Partner at AlderRock Capital LLC, overseeing investments in various property types across the southeastern United States. Prior experience includes roles in middle market private equity at The Stephens Group, LLC from 2018 to 2020, M&A within the Financial Institutions Group at Wells Fargo Securities from 2016 to 2018, and commercial banking with PNC from 2015 to 2016. Ravi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Honors Finance and Accounting from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
