Stephen Bauer

Stephen Bauer currently serves in Debt Capital Market Advisory at PJT Partners, focusing on Debt Capital Markets, Direct Lending, and Capital Solutions since May 2020. Prior experience includes a role in Leveraged Finance at Deutsche Bank from 2017 to May 2020, specializing in distressed credit. Stephen also held positions at Barclays as Vice President and AVP in Credit from November 2013 to July 2017, with qualifications including Series 7 and 63 licenses. Stephen passed the New York & New Jersey Bar Examinations in May 2013 and was previously a player for Major League Lacrosse's Chicago Machine from June 2009 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a JD in Corporate Finance and Distressed Debt from Seton Hall University School of Law and a degree in Government from Georgetown University.
