Carla Adams is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations Support and Training at PJW Restaurant Group since April 2018. In this role, Carla focuses on developing managers and staff across multi-unit operations, facilitating new restaurant openings, and enhancing guest services to increase profitability and employee satisfaction. Prior to this position, Carla worked at The Cheesecake Factory from January 2007 to April 2018, initially as an Operations Support Technician and later promoting to Operations Support Manager, where Carla supported daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
