David Bee serves as the General Manager at PJW Restaurant Group since July 2022, leveraging extensive experience in the culinary industry. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Research and Development at Philly Pretzel Factory from September 2013 to July 2022. David's educational background includes an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh, completed between 1993 and 1994.
