Karen Purcell

Karen Purcell, PE, is a highly experienced professional with over 33 years in the electrical engineering industry, currently serving as the founder, president, and CEO of PK Electrical since January 1996. In addition to their role at PK Electrical, Purcell founded STEMspire in December 2011, a nonprofit organization aimed at empowering young women in STEM fields, and holds the title of author for "Unlocking Your Brilliance: Smart Strategies for Women to Thrive in STEM," published in August 2011. Purcell obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Widener University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1989.
