Joyce is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and facilitating the implementation of projects related to community development, where she manages a budget in excess of $4.7 million.
Joyce has over 10+ years of experience in fundraising and development and over 20 years of experience in social work with families, children, and the elderly.
Joyce is a board member and advisor to the ALL WAYS UP Foundation. She is also a member of the American Society on Aging (ASA) where she contributes to community organizations and boards regarding housing issues, community resources, mental health issues, and marketing. Joyce is a current member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Incorporated and Top Ladies of Distinction.
