Scott Rhine

Scott Rhine has a diverse work experience that includes serving as the Business Owner of Pleasant Valley Flooring and Cabinetry, Inc from 1999 to 2007, as a Business Partner at Wingate Properties from 2004 onwards, and as the Vice President at PK Management, LLC from 2008.

Scott Rhine attended Altoona High School from 1982 to 1984, where they pursued an Academic degree with a focus on business. Simultaneously, they also attended the Greater Altoona Career & Technology Center, earning a degree in Carpentry. In terms of certifications, Scott obtained a Tax Credit Specialist certification from the National Center for Housing Management in 2019, a CMM (Certified Maintenance Manager) certification in 2010, a COS (Certified Occupancy Specialist) certification in 2008, and a CFS (Certified Financial Specialist) certification from NCHM at an unspecified time.
