Rahul Hans is the Managing Director of PKC Advisory, a subsidiary of KIPCO, where expertise encompasses financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, debt capital raising, and investment evaluation primarily within the commercial banking, insurance, media, and real estate sectors. Prior to PKC, Rahul served as Vice President at Copal Partners, leading a team focused on Credit Analytics and Investment Banking, and held the position of Financial Analyst at American Express, specializing in financial statement analysis and external reporting. Rahul's career began at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included credit appraisals, relationship management, and structured finance transactions. Rahul is a Chartered Accountant and has further education from the CFA Institute.
