Scott Henderson

Scott Henderson has extensive work experience in the field of corporate finance and consulting. Scott is currently an Associate Director at PKF Sydney & Newcastle, where they advise on international merger and acquisition transactions and assists clients with capital markets engagements. Scott has also worked as a Director of Corporate Finance at Frank Law + Advisory, providing support in acquisitions, succession planning, and sales processes. Additionally, Scott has their own consulting firm, Scott Henderson Consulting, where they offer financial accounting and transaction services to professional services organizations. Prior to this, they have had roles at Crowe Horwath Australia, Elliott Davis, and KPMG LLP, where they gained valuable experience in corporate finance and transaction services.
