Mohd Syahmi

Mohd Syahmi is an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with a strong background in providing technical support across various organizations. Currently employed at PKF Malaysia since November 2021, responsibilities include guiding customers in application installation and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Prior to this role, experience includes positions at Night Electronics Sdn.bhd and Total Neutron Solution Sdn Bhd, where similar duties were performed, including user support, hardware issue resolution, and project coordination associated with JOS Malaysia. Mohd Syahmi also has foundational experience from an internship at Diversified Gateway Solution Berhad and an assistant engineer internship at MAJU TMAS SDN BHD. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Information & Communication Technology from Politeknik Muadzam Shah and a Computer Certification & Support from Kolej Komuniti Jelebu.
